Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR / Recruiting Intern to join our team and support a wide range of human resources and recruiting activities with a special focus on operation and the optimization of our Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment learn the fundamentals of HR operations and play an active role in helping us attract and engage top talent.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various open roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Support onboarding activities including preparing new hire documentation and orientation logistics
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and employee records in our HR systems
- Help draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Participate in recruiting initiatives and employer branding activities
- Contribute to team meetings brainstorms and administrative tasks as needed
- Support the optimization of HRIS (ADP) and ATS (Lever) platforms including workflows permissions and system configurations.
- Help design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR system processes and data management.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards related to headcount recruiting turnover and engagement trends.
- Participate in HR process improvement projects particularly those related to digital transformation and operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management Information Systems or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in HR technology systems management and data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn or applicant tracking systems is a plus
