Job Summary
Mai Sushi are recruiting Full Time Assistant Chef Manager to come and join our Mai sushi - Cannock Voyager Drive Cannock WS11 8XP. 12.66 - 13.66 depending on experience

- Pride in your work constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
And are able to:
- Be accountable for the team in the Chef Managers absence whilst maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers our clients and ourselves
- Highly organised with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
- Be a skilled multitasker
- An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Qualifications :
Level 2 Food Safety certificate HACCP Allergens and COSHH are Desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
Great organisational attention to detail and focus on Quality are must.
