Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main this pivotal role you will lead our global marketing initiatives develop innovative strategies and drive brand growth across international markets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals across multiple regions
- Analyze global market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to different cultural contexts
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and localization of marketing materials
- Oversee budget allocation and ROI analysis for international marketing initiatives
- Partner with sales teams to develop targeted strategies for key markets and accounts
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels and regions
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and best practices in international marketing
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international marketing with a proven track record of successful global campaigns
- Fluency in English and German; additional language skills are a plus
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies tools and best practices
- Experience with market research data analysis and consumer insights
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools CRM systems and data analytics platforms
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Deep understanding of global market trends cross-cultural communication and brand management
