What are your responsibilities
You bring ideas to life in every medium: digital social film print and beyond. You can shift from long-form storytelling to scroll-stopping headlines. You stay on top of cultural and marketing trends not to follow them but to push brands into new unexpected territory.
Youre a natural collaborator. You work seamlessly with strategists business leads art directors and makers to build ideas that are both bold and beautifully executed. You lead by example mentoring future talent and guiding teams to create work that meets the highest standard.
You keep your cool under pressure. Managing multiple clients multiple time zones multiple deadlines without losing focus or craft. Details matter to you whether its a client presentation an RFP or final touches before delivery.
You know that great creative doesnt happen in a vacuum. You communicate clearly listen closely and earn the trust of teams and clients by showing them whats possible when ideas are pushed to their best.
What kind of background should I have
In addition to those required of all our senior creatives you willâneed:
- 6 years as a copywriter creating strategically driven award-worthy work
- A leadership style built on lifting others up and helping them succeed
- A knack for collaborating with anyone who can make the idea stronger
- A portfolio that shows your range craft and originality
- The confidence to stand in front of clients or colleagues and present ideas with clarity and conviction
- And most importantly a genuine love for solving problems creatively
