The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of tooling and manufacturing processes excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Handle delicate customer situations should they arise.
- Track and report on sales pipeline forecasts and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and customer meetings.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales estimating and business development of tool and die or other relevant manufacturing role.
- Strong technical understanding of stamping dies progressive dies and other manufacturing tooling techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities direct reports and work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and customers on technical matters.
