About the Role

As a Facilities and Grounds Technician youll help maintain our buildings and grounds to ensure a clean safe and welcoming environment. Youll perform a variety of maintenance repair landscaping and clerical tasks that support our mission and daily operations.

What Youll Do

Maintain plumbing HVAC electrical and structural systems
Repair flooring drywall doors windows and fixtures
Landscape and remove snow/ice seasonally
Set up rooms for meetings and events
Assist with janitorial tasks as needed
Log daily work completion and maintain accurate records
Respond to work orders and assist with supply ordering
Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and OneEighty policies

What You Bring

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in maintenance landscaping or facilities work
Skills in carpentry plumbing basic electrical and painting
Valid Ohio Driver License with insurable driving record
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Strong communication time management and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
May not receive clinical services at OneEighty and if in recovery two years of continuous sobriety required
