Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to help lead our game development teams on Candy Crush Saga focusing on crafting innovative features and systems that enrich Candys meta experience. You will be part of a phenomenal team working on an industry-leading genre-defining game enjoyed by over 200 million players worldwide.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating captivating gaming experiences and visionary game features. If you have a knack for interpreting data and turning insights into strategic decisions join us in redefining Candys meta experience. Youll play a key role in enhancing gameplay and player engagement through engaging event-driven content.
This is a fixed-term role covering a parental leave period expected to run until approximately 1st April 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead strategy: Partner with the Product Director to establish a bold data-informed strategy for the Meta Area ensuring it aligns with Candy Crushs long-term vision and business goals.
- Drive system innovation: Lead the creation and evolution of meta systems and features that elevate player motivation retention and engagement.
- Turn insight into action: Identify and prioritise opportunities through quantitative analysis experimentation user research and market insights.
- Own delivery: Guide initiatives from discovery through launch ensuring high quality clarity of purpose and timely execution across teams.
- Influence across the organisation: Build alignment with stakeholders at all levels shaping shared understanding and excitement around your vision.
- Champion continuous improvement: Leverage player feedback and performance data to refine experiences processes and long-term strategies.
