Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Romania included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Romanian employer.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior AML/KYC Associate to join our compliance operations this role you will support the monitoring and review process for financial transactions and client onboarding helping ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

Profile Requirements:

C1 level proficiency in Italian
B2 level of English
Any relevant experience in the financial or related sector
Proficiency with IT tools

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial checks on transactions and clients according to predefined scenarios.
Perform basic screening controls (sanctions PEP negative news).
Identify obvious false positives and close them according to procedures.
Promptly escalate cases requiring further analysis to the L1 team.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into AML/KYC systems.
Provide administrative support to the team (documentation collection of standard information).

Offer:

5500 RON net salary 350 RON monthly bonus target
The project is based in Bucharest Romania work from the office and performance-based hybrid after the 6th month.
