Construction Sr. Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Sr. Engineer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

• Lead and supervise the planning design and execution of large-scale construction projects
• Develop and review engineering designs calculations and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects contractors and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process
• Implement and promote sustainable construction practices
• Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering their professional development
• Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license and OSHA certification
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction engineering with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects
• Advanced knowledge of construction techniques methodologies and structural engineering principles
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong project management skills including budget and timeline management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• In-depth understanding of building codes and safety regulations particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with sustainable construction practices
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel to various project sites within the region
