Job Summary
- Design develop and maintain Appian applications to support various banking processes and workflows
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient Appian solutions
- Implement best practices for Appian development ensuring scalability performance and maintainability of applications
- Integrate Appian applications with external systems and databases using REST APIs and web services
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Appian applications to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Appian applications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions with the development team
- Document technical specifications user manuals and system architecture for Appian applications
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience in Appian development with a strong understanding of the Appian low-code platform
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web services integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in the banking sector or financial services industry (preferred)
- Appian Certifications (e.g. Appian Certified Associate Developer Appian Certified Lead Developer) (preferred)
- Knowledge of banking processes regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
