Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- To direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Engineering Department.
- Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments & stay abreast with technological advances in surveillance & safety of the equipment.
- Ensure that the company has a technological advantage by constant up gradation of the equipment.
- Identify and implement new ideas technologies or processes to increase organizational efficiency productivity quality safety and/or cost-savings.
- Ensure quality is adhered to in all aspects of the job by the Engineering team.
Qualifications :
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Strong process orientation;
- Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
- Entrepreneurial thinks out of the box;
- Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
- 8 to 10 years of work experience.
- Minimum Diploma in any core Engineering field.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- Pre-Opening experience would be an added advantage.
- Experience in International Chain Hotels
