- Drive the achievement of New Agent Recruitment and New Agent Active (NAA) in assigned region.
- Drive the new business activation from New Recruits that contributes to overall company sales objectives.
- Monitor and maximize recruitment pipeline follow-up process.
- Drive the engagement and execution of Recruitment Champions Community
- Conduct and drive Recruitment Events such as Business Opportunity Presentation & Career Expo in respective areas.
- Training Agency Leader on recruitment skills and capabilities. Conduct Recruitment Workshop to refresh and improve Leaders recruitment skill & capability.
- To provide additional training for Agency Leaders to improve agency skills and knowledge.
- Daily engagement and calling to Agency Leaders for initiative related to recruitment & activation recruitment pipeline recruitment events and recruitment projects.
