Estates Director (Contract)
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Rate: 450480 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: Initial contract until February with potential to extend
Working Pattern: Full-time on-site

What youll be doing
- Lead and coordinate all estate management activity across office retail leisure and residential spaces.
- Maintain operational continuity and ensure compliance across health safety and sustainability.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with occupiers and contractors.
- Oversee budgets service charge and cost control.
- Manage suppliers and ensure delivery against agreed standards.
- Report regularly on performance risks and key operational metrics.
What youll bring
- Proven track record managing large mixed-use or commercial estates.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 510 years experience in estates facilities or property operations leadership.
- Solid financial and service charge management experience.
- Practical solutions-focused approach with the ability to hit the ground running.
