What will you be doing
Were seeking a talented individual to join us in a newly created role which will report into the Head of Financial Planning Advice. Based out of our London office you will lead the strategic development and delivery of coaching programmes that elevate the performance of Financial Planners in relation to revenue growth across the organisation.
This role will drive behavioural change embed best practices and ensure consistent high-quality client engagement aligned with regulatory standards and commercial goals.
As Financial Planning Coaching Director your responsibilities will include among others:-
- Design and implement a scalable coaching framework for Financial Planners focused on revenue growth enablement client engagement excellence resulting in good client outcomes.
- Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the appropriate teams (e.g. Compliance Marketing and T&C) to align coaching with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain tools resources and content to support ongoing revenue growth capability development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders providing insights and recommendations to improve revenue growth.
- Contribute to the development of a high-performance client-centric culture.
Qualifications :
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you should:-
- Have a proven track record in financial planning wealth management or financial services sales
- Minimum 10 years experience in client-facing roles with at least 5 years in coaching or sales leadership
- Deep understanding of the financial advice process regulatory landscape and client engagement strategies
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels
- Exceptional interpersonal facilitation and communication skills
- Experience in designing and delivering coaching programmes at scale
- Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Professional Qualifications and Education
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) with progression towards Chartered Financial Planner status desired (or Chartered FP preferred)
- Coaching qualification (e.g. ILM ICF) preferred
- Degree-level education desirable
