Job Summary
- Design and execute business initiatives and play a crucial part in implementing them to ensure continuous improvement and growth of
- Gain deep insights into how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with our Management team
- Carry out cross-functional projects on a European level and manage stakeholders across different business units such as sales marketing product business analytics
- Write and review business cases perform supporting research and analysis and drive projects from their design to release
- Drive performance management initiatives on a European level to ensure constant business growth
- Work parallel as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree and at least 3 years full-time work experience preferably in a growth company start-up or management consulting firm
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical skills structured way of thinking exceptional attention to details
- Fluent in English and German as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
