In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Reservations team. You will set high standards for our guest experience ensuring a memorable experiences from the first point of contact.
What you will be doing:
- Supervision support and training of Reservations Team Members to ensure standards and procedures are observed to provide a consistent high level of service for all guest contact.
- Identify and create opportunities for increased revenue working to achieve key financial targets.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all reservations in the PMS system are up to date and accurate
- Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure details related to new and repeat guests is communicated prior to arrivals.

- Keen eye for detail enjoy creating and maintaining agreed standards and processes.
- Good time management skills and will be a confident communicator both verbally and written.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced working environment and will be able to effectively manage complex and competing priorities.
- You have a passion for exceptional guest experiences and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Ideally you will have previous experience as a Reservations Manager or Supervisor with sound leadership skills and are now seeking your next career step.
- Working knowledge of Opera cloud prefferred.
