Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Brisbane this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining mission-critical applications using the technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement robust and scalable software systems
- Develop and maintain high-performance secure and maintainable code framework C# and related technologies
- Design and implement RESTful APIs web services and integrate with third-party systems
- Participate in code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and promote best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues optimize application performance and implement effective testing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in software development
Qualifications :
- Proficient framework (C# WCF WPF) SQL Server database design and data access technologies
- Solid understanding of software design patterns object-oriented programming and agile methodologies
- Experience with web services RESTful APIs and cloud technologies (AWS)
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques version control systems (e.g. Git SVN)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus
- Hands on with in-memory databases (Redis) message quotes (RabbitMQ) relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (Elasticsearch) databases SpecFlow/Reqnroll BDD/Gherkin test automation frameworks
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is desirable
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
- 5 years of experience in software development technologies
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
