Job Summary
Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Full-Time Part-Time and Relief Positions Available!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) youll provide encouragement guidance and hands-on support to help people build skills and live more independently. From helping with daily routines like getting ready for the day going shopping or getting to appointments to offering mentorship and motivation youll be there to cheer them on every step of the way!
At the heart of this role is empowering others to learn grow and explore their independence.
Responsibilities Include:
Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care
Encourage independence confidence and community involvement
Provide guidance mentorship and compassionate care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years old
Valid NYS drivers license
