Responsibilities:
- Assist Wholesale and Retail customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Work closely with Wholesale and Retail parts customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts
- Process orders and returns efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Parts Advisor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
