As an Analytics Strategy and Execution Associate on the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Data & Analytics Strategic Execution Team you will be instrumental in driving daily initiatives and managing the execution of the organizations strategic priorities. Youll act as a liaison with staff assist in decision-making and manage cross-functional programs. Youll need to be a creative thinker with superior judgment and executive presence who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
In this role you will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders questioning the status quo and taking initiative to drive strategic solutions. Your ability to navigate organizational complexities and resolve challenges will be key to your success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and independently own and execute initiatives within the Data & Analytics Organization from inception to completion.
- Apply structured problem-solving skills to address top strategic priorities.
- Facilitate working groups and brainstorming sessions to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation driving implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with team members across LOBs central teams and corporate functions.
- Prepare executive communication materials and present project analyses to senior executives.
- Having a controls mindset to ensure compliance with approved risk and controls processes.
- Assist in driving day-to-day problem solving to facilitate recommendations and push the teams agenda.
- Utilize organization and planning expertise to prioritize tasks and resolve challenges.
- Understand the leaders intent and take initiative in the absence of specific instructions.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of experience in an analytics focused business or operations-related function.
- Experience implementing workflow tools setting and measuring organizational OKRs assessing productivity and applying Lean-Agile frameworks to manage a book of work.
- Consulting orientation with strong client engagement combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence business partners.
- Solid analytical skills with a strong commercial orientation.
- Creative problem-solver with the initiative to develop strategic solutions.
- Desire to challenge the status quo and drive change.
- Planning and coordination skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience using would be ideal.
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a large consulting firm or internal corporate strategy.
