Job Description

Job Description:

  • Process high volume of commissions on a weekly basis and follow-up with carriers on any errors in payment until resolution
  • Understand multiple compensation structures and upline agreements to ensure agents are paid correctly
  • Process carrier contracts terminations and appointments for advisors across the Life Annuity and Medicare spaces often with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Foster a proactive mindset for problem solving and customer service to provide excellent customer experience
  • Assist In-House Broker Managers with contracting needs and questions for their advisors
  • Assist with Contracting/ Commissions projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Insurance experience not required but it is a plus
  • Contracting and/or Commissions experience- not required but is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Access)
  • Customer Service experience- not required but it is a plus
  • High School degree
