Job Summary
HIring Opportunity : Louisville Ohio
Our client is looking to hire a CNC Machininst for their facility in Louisville Ohio! Our client is a leader in manufacturing industrial tube fabrications.
The CNC Machinist would be responsible for set-up and repair of machines disassembling and reassemling machines and working with the machining team to toubleshoot CNC Machines.
Qualified candidates would need experience with CNC Machining Cam software and set-up repair and troubleshooting CNC Machines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up repair and/or make parts and components as needed for machines
and tooling
- Required to help in disassembling/reassembling tools and machines as well
as reverse engineer parts.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Prior CNC programming skills (Fanuc Controls a plus)
- CAM experience preferred (Mastercam software a plus)
- Accuracy in measurement.
- Proficient in metal cutting practices.
- Must possess basic tools and math skills.
- Work closely with co-workers to maintain production stamping tooling in a
timely and efficient manner while also developing prototype/production
stamping dies.
Job Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with Machining CNC machines
- Cam software experience
- Set-up repair and mechanically troubleshooting machines
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to do general turning and milling
- Ability to do setups on mill surface grinding and lathes.
