- Guide and support assistant teachers in daily classroom activities
- Build strong positive relationships with families and teammates
- Communicate regularly with parents about each childs progress and milestones
- Completion of the 45-hour DCF training and exams (required)
- Minimum of one year of professional teaching experience (required)
- High school diploma or GED (required); Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and development
