This Position reports to:

Job Description:

• Production & Quality: Operate as part of a production team to assemble components accurately meet output goals maintain quality standards and follow written instructions using shop floor systems and air hoists.
• Safety & Communication: Prioritize workplace safety follow all safety procedures report hazards and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about equipment or part issues.
• Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 6 months industrial or related experience preferred; must be dependable adaptable detail-oriented forklift-capable and able to work any shift with reliable transportation.
• Physical Requirements: Perform repetitive lifting pushing pulling and standing for extended periods; handle parts up to 150 lbs (with hoists/air manipulators) push buggies up to 300 lbs and wear required PPE.

Education and Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
