Your Role:
As an Account and Loan Representative youll play a dual role: providing personalized high-quality service to members while actively identifying and pursuing new business. Youll uncover member needs offer tailored financial solutions and take initiative to prospect generate leads and follow up helping individuals achieve their goals while advancing TEGs mission.
This is a full-time 40 hour/week position Monday Saturday but the schedule varies; you must have flexible availability.
What Were Looking For (Qualifications):
- -3-5 years of experience in lending personal banking and/or financial services in a bank or credit union
- -Experience originating and/or closing loan applications is desired
- -Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- -Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired!
- -Must be available to work on Saturdays

What Youll Do as the Account and Loan Representative (Responsibilities):
- -Open accounts for new and existing members including loans business accounts certificates of deposit and IRAs
- -Prepare loan applications and submit into centralized lender
- -Close loan applications volume in excess of $100k per month
- -Respond to member requests and resolve member account problems
- -Effectively cross-sell credit union products and services
- -Build and maintain member relationships via followup and outbound sales calls
Pay: $20- $24/ hour plus eligible to receive incentives paid monthly of $5000 annually.
