Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of Virginia Beach has an immediate opening for a weekend caregiver the in the Hilton area of Newport News. Hours will be either 10AM to 6PM or 10AM to 5PM (still to be determined by the client)

Pay & Benefits
- $14.00$16.00 per hour (depending on experience and certification)

Requirements:
- Valid Virginia CNA or PCA certification. Also looking for companion aides.
- Compassionate dependable and respectful
- Clear and kind communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Your Role:
- Provide one-on-one compassionate care in clients homes. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks: bathing dressing grooming mobility toileting
- Providing medication reminders
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Reporting changes in condition to the care team
