Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in large commercial lines particularly in real estate construction and hospitality. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a well-established book of business delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the continued growth of the organization. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with the option for a hybrid arrangement.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $120000 - $150000 annually
- 401(k) with company match

Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for a diverse book of commercial accounts ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
Deliver a high-touch white glove level of client service focused on satisfaction retention and long-term relationships.
Manage renewals for an established portfolio of clients across industries such as real estate construction and hospitality.
Partner with internal service and marketing teams to coordinate back-end processes and assist with renewals as needed.
Identify and advise on cross-selling opportunities for additional personal or life insurance coverages when appropriate.
Cultivate strong trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication and a detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in large commercial lines with expertise in real estate construction and hospitality accounts.
- Skills:
- Strong client-facing abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a strong fast-moving leadership style.
- Proactive assertive and results-driven mindset.
