Job Description:

Were looking for aFinancial Services Compliance Attorney to join the Axiom team supporting a client remotely. This role is focused onAML / KYC client onboarding and compliance operations within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support client onboarding processes including AML and KYC reviews and related due diligence.

• Draft review and manage NDAs fund documents and other compliance-related agreements.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.

• Maintain and update compliance documentation and records for both new and existing clients.

• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• JD with experience in AML / KYC and financial services compliance.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a fast-moving high-volume workload.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently while remaining collaborative within a team setting.

• High attention to detail and the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior in-house experience in asset management private credit or capital markets.

• Familiarity with fund formation and client onboarding processes.

• Experience working withfinancial institutions is a plus.

Compensation Benefits & Location:

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $155k and adjusted to take location and years of experience into consideration.
