Role description: Revenue Operations Leader: As RevOps leader you are the first person to build the architecture and motion in RevOps from scratch before further building out the team.
Focus
- Setting up the structure for marketing and sales onboarding and performance optimization
- Optimize the data management structure internally
- Set up a model for dashboarding & reporting for marketing sales & operations
- Build the tech stack architecture which you will own
- Using AI tools to optimize performance and automate workflows
- Making sure everyone internally and whoever is involved externally are aligned on data and reporting
- Direct report to GTM leader (Daniel Draboo)

Must-haves:
- 3-5 years in RevOps (Sales Marketing operations)
- Successfully built the motion and infrastructure from scratch 1or 2 times at SaaS companies
- Basic data literacy
- Expert HubSpot skills (ability to create dashboards and pull the right reports)
- Ability to not only build reports but also understand the outcome and build a strategy on it
- Experience with AI tools (Clay Apollo n8n) for ops efficiency
- Proven success in fast-paced start-up GTM environments
- Strong work ethic alignment with demanding hours
Nice to haves:
- Exposure to high-growth venture-backed SaaS start-ups
Salary range & secondary benefits: 90K - 140K 20% variable component equity
