For any Webers position you will be responsible for the below items. Specific jobs will have other responsibilities and requirements than what is listed.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate acknowledge and respond promptly to guests needs
- Maintain positive attitude and positive guest relations at all times
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Learn and maintain complete knowledge of all departmental and company policies service procedures and standards
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonalcommunication skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations like resolving customer conflicts
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to create a positive and welcoming customer experience
