This role is responsible for selling Less-than-Truckload (LTL) transport services by identifying potential customers pitching solutions closing deals and maintaining strong relationships with shippers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through active prospecting understanding customer needs coordinating with internal teams for service execution and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Business Development

    • Identify approach and acquire new B2B customers within the LTL segment.
    • Develop a robust sales pipeline through lead generation networking and market mapping.
    • Conduct sales presentations proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts.
    • Collaborate with pricing and operations to design solutions that meet client requirements.

Account Management

    • Manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction retention and revenue growth.
    • Conduct regular business reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

    • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to resolve service issues.
    • Work closely with solutions transport and project management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
    • Share client feedback with relevant departments to help improve products and services.
