Were currently looking for a Project Control Analyst to join our growing team of engineering and operations professionals. Further details about the role are as follows:
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in project administration within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of procurement processes purchase order management and budget tracking.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms or purchasing systems.
- Skilled in financial reporting and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Tasks Assigned / Work Priorities:
- Coordinate purchase orders and invoicing through client-specific systems.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of billing and budget status.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and budget forecasts.
- Track reimbursable items such as travel overtime and contracted services.
- Resolve financial clarifications with internal client departments and stakeholders.
- Support cost tracking for technical installation and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure timely processing of insurance-related charges and administrative service orders
