Project Control Analyst

In your day to day activities youll work with multiple customers as a consultant and trusted partner in Sandalwoods areas of expertise of Injury Prevention Systems Engineering & Systems Integration. Were currently looking for a Project Control Analyst to join our growing team of engineering and operations professionals. Further details about the role are as follows:

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in project administration within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of procurement processes purchase order management and budget tracking.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms or purchasing systems.
• Skilled in financial reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Tasks Assigned / Work Priorities:

• Coordinate purchase orders and invoicing through client-specific systems.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of billing and budget status.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and budget forecasts.
• Track reimbursable items such as travel overtime and contracted services.
• Resolve financial clarifications with internal client departments and stakeholders.
• Support cost tracking for technical installation and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure timely processing of insurance-related charges and administrative service orders
