Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is integral to managing and growing a book of small to middle-market accounts ensuring exceptional client service and efficient handling of renewals and new business quoting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with a focus on small to middle-market accounts.
- Handle marketing for renewal and new business quoting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize agency management software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using agency management software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
