We are seeking a creative and collaborative scientist to contribute to the discovery and early development of new biomarkers for neurological this role you will be responsible for planning executing and summarizing results from preclinical in vitro and in vivo experiments emphasizing fluid-based structural functional and digital readouts. You will also work closely with bench and clinical scientists to develop biomarkers that translate from the lab to the bedside and back again. Your expertise will be essential to deliver impact as part of a team with a broad knowledgebase working in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment.Job Description

Please note: This role will be filled at the level of Principal Scientist I or II commensurate to the accepted candidates level of experience.
The salary for this position is expected to range between
Principal Scientist I: $103000 and $192000 per year
Principal Scientist II: $114000 and $212000 per year
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like but not limited to relevant skills and experience and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and depending on the level of the role eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
