About the Role
Were looking for a friendly reliable and hands-on Rental & Power Shop Specialist to join our team! In this role youll help customers with tool and equipment rentals intake repairs for power tools and small machines and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the counter. If you enjoy problem-solving working with tools and providing excellent service this is the place for you.
What Youll Do
Assist customers with tool and equipment rentals and service requests.
Explain features rates and safety details clearly and professionally.
Process rentals repairs and reservations accurately in the system.
Inspect clean and organize returned tools and equipment.
Communicate updates with customers and support Power Shop Technicians.
Help keep the rental area safe organized and running efficiently.
