Travel Pay Range: $60 $65/hour ($2400 $2600/week)
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel RN Ambulatory Carefor an exciting job in Syracuse NY.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care including assessment planning and nursing interventions.
Perform triage obtain vital signs and assist with procedures and provider-directed care.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Educate patients and families on care plans follow-up and medication instructions.
Document care accurately and efficiently using EPIC Electronic Medical Records.
Monitor patient response to care and promptly escalate changes to the provider.
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted New York State RN license.
Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the last 2 years).
Prior experience in ambulatory care urgent care or pediatrics strongly preferred.
Current BLS certification required.
Experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital is highly desirable.
EPIC EMR experience preferred.
