• Develop and deliver tennis lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels
• Teach fundamental tennis techniques strategies and rules while promoting sportsmanship and fair play
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and enjoyment
• Organize and lead structured practice sessions drills and interactive games to enhance skill development
• Provide constructive feedback and individualized coaching to help players improve their technique and performance
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions
• Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate with parents/guardians regarding program updates and player progress
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate schedules and optimize program effectiveness

• Minimum 2 years of experience in playing teaching or coaching tennis to youth
• Strong knowledge of tennis techniques rules and strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate young players
• Enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for promoting their physical and personal development
• Reliable responsible and punctual with the ability to effectively manage a group of young athletes
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends based on program needs

• USPTA or PTR certification
• Experience playing competitive tennis at the high school college or professional level
• Experience organizing and conducting tennis camps or workshops
