As part of strategy to design and implement industry leading applications The 3D team is looking for a full stack developer to help deliver key platform projects focusing on innovation and using the best tool the Technology Platform has to offer. Candidate will work as part of an Agile squad and interact with other squad members as well as external stakeholders including business and technology partners (local as well as global) across Wealth Management.
What youll do in the role:
Design develop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Employ coding and testing for CI/CD and DevOps
Work in the Agile development methodologies collaborating with business and technology teams located globally
Actively contribute and participate in sprint grooming and planning discussions daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies
What youll bring to the role:
Ability to interpret business requirements / technical design documents and design / develop appropriate software solutions
Strong Information Taxonomy/Architecture design skills
Solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development
Must have a thorough understanding of web technologies and web architecture
Must be able to follow and drive project plans and task schedules
Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
Experience working with global teams. Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer/ Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or Stencil.
Proficiency in back-end technologies such as C# .
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with cloud services such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Database Development: Expertise in SQL PL/SQL Stored Procedures Triggers and cursors ensures the ability to manage and manipulate data effectively supporting data-driven decision-making
Skills Desired:
Experience of automated testing with public Cloud (Azure or AWS)
Knowledge of Financial market banking products and Wealth Management
Ability to develop proof of concepts/prototypes in the new areas of development
Educational Qualification:
Minimum BS degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120000 and $165000 per year at the commencement of employment. However base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may also include commission earnings incentive compensation discretionary bonuses other short and long-term incentive packages and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
