Role summary:
The Motion Graphics Artist is responsible for producing cross-platform content for broadcast and video. You will be based within our post-production department working closely with our production staff on a variety of projects to consult on design artwork for and build broadcast-ready media.
You will need to be able to take a brief from conception though to delivery as well as understand production and technical constraints. Working within a larger team of designers editors and compositors you will be required to produce work to a consistently high creative standard.
The position requires a dynamic self-motivated individual who can create and inspire in equal measure. The right candidate will consistently seek out new software and plugins with the intention of building creatively for a solid client base.
Requirements:
- Develop creative ideas from conceptualisation through to production
- A strong ability to work to specification and tight deadlines
- Candidates must be dedicated punctual and have a strong work ethic
- A keen ability to learn and develop both personally and as the lead GFX Designer in a team
Essential Experience & Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience working as a motion graphics designer in a broadcast environment
- Adobe Production Suite (Illustrator Photoshop After Effect) plus Red Giant & Mocha plug-ins
- Strong creative sense in graphic design motion graphics and VFX
- A good grasp of post-production processes and services for broadcast
- A strong working knowledge of Mac OSX and digital workflows
- Bonus: Premier Pro skills AI apps (Nano Banana VEO Runway)
- Fluent English other languages a plus
- Showreel required
