Were looking for an Assistant Controller to join our finance team for a temporary position (9 months). In this role youll support all accounting and reporting activities oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP and Israeli accounting standards. Youll be deeply involved in financial analysis month-end and quarter-end closings and process improvements- all within a dynamic global and fast-paced environment.

To thrive in this role youll need:

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Israeli accounting standards
Experience with SOX compliance
High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with accounting systems
Fluent in English and Hebrew with excellent communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with NetSuite
Background in tech or multinational companies

How youll make an impact:

Oversee daily accounting operations and review local accountants work for accuracy.
Perform month-end reconciliations and prepare financial data for HQ reporting.
Manage monthly and quarterly reporting ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Conduct variance and P&L analyses providing clear financial insights.
Support SOX compliance including documentation and internal control processes.
Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with Israeli regulations.
