Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads a team ensuring members receive adequate training support and development opportunities
Accountable for ensuring appropriate utilization workload planning and forecasting
Implements programs to improve the quality of service products and systems to meet clients requirements minimize costs and maximize the firms competitive position
Promote quality issues with all team members and ensure that the quality control function is effectively performedand embedded as a standard in the team
Assure adequate field review services are provided to ensure adherence of contract documents
Act as the firm representative and maintain good relationships with clients project stakeholders associations government bodies and other entities
Is an active role model for team and office culture and promotes an inclusive workplace
Builds and manages their own key clients and monitors key pursuits/opportunities
Contributes to GO/NO-GO decisions with the mindset of growing the business
Monitors and assists with keeping team performance at or above the annual plan
Is a discipline lead on projects with minimal peer/technical support required
Skills and Qualifications:
10 years design experience in HV LV control and lighting design experience
Experience leading and designing healthcare projects
Has led a team
Experience responding to RFPs and writing Business Cases
University degree college/technology diploma in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PEng) Applied Science Technologist (AScT) or equivalent
LEED Accredited professional designation or other relevant rating or performance system is desired
Introba is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment we have provided the base compensation range of$110000 - $140000 annually for this position and local market.
