About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) Functional Consultant to join a dynamic project team. The consultant will be responsible for designing configuring and implementing the PP/DS module within S/4HANA with a focus on advanced planning techniques MES integration and IS Auto is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with strategic planning ensuring seamless integration across manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design configure and implement SAP S/4HANA PP/DS solutions aligned with business objectives and manufacturing processes.
- Develop end-to-end solutions for production planning demand management detailed scheduling capacity planning and shop floor control.
- Apply advanced planning techniques to optimize production schedules minimize lead times and improve resource utilization.
- Ensure smooth integration with SAP modules including MM SD QM and WM to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Participate in at least two greenfield S/4HANA implementations ideally within repetitive manufacturing environments.
- Manage planned orders and ensure robust integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Support IS Auto implementation within SAP PP and PP/DS modules.
- Utilize SAP Activate methodology to deliver high-quality project documentation and structured implementation.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/DS design and configuration.
- Strong background in advanced production planning and detailed scheduling.
- Experience with MES integration and IS Auto scenarios.
- At least two full-cycle greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of cross-module SAP integration (MM SD QM WM).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English; Swedish is a plus.
