Youll lead a team of Regional Managers grow our reach in schools and play a key role in shaping The Lunch Bags next chapter of growth.
What Youll Do
- Drive growth and new opportunities in our hot school meals programme.
- Lead support and motivate a team of Regional Managers on the road.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with operations to ensure every customer receives an excellent service.
- Be a key player in expanding our national impact on child nutrition.
Who You Are
- 6 years experience leading sales or operational teams.
- Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
- Strategic thinker whos also hands-on and solution-focused.
- Confident communicator with a positive people-first approach.
- Excited to work in a mission-driven environment where impact matters.
