Job Overview
As an Interpreter you will facilitate communication between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking individuals in the healthcare sector ensuring accuracy and empathy in every interaction.
Employment Conditions
- Contract: Permanent
- Mode: 100% remote
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (you can choose your preferred schedule)
- Sundays off and holiday pay included
Compensation
- Salary options:
- 42 hours/week COP $2530000
- 40 hours/week COP $2409524
- 36 hours/week COP $2168572
- Monthly performance bonus: 15% of base salary
- Connectivity allowance COP $50.000 - COP $114.000
- Paid training COP $2.168.571- COP $2.400.000
- Equipment provided: The company sends a PC and tablet to your home once you start operations
