Job Summary
We are looking for a project manager to lead the implementation of software solutions for factories (real-time analysis artificial intelligence-based information and machine learning predictions).
You will work closely with clients and supervise a specialized team that includes a factory automation engineer and a data integration specialist. You will be responsible for planning procurement hardware and software installation partial launch and final launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the physical implementation of industrial software in the plant ensuring the correct functioning of the systems in the operating environment.
- Coordinate supervise and execute on-site activities including the installation of sensors hardware and PLC controllers.
- Ensure presence and support in the production plant providing assistance during the implementation process.
- Maintain constant communication with maintenance teams and line operators ensuring smooth integration between technical and operational areas.
- Supervise the configuration and commissioning of the implemented systems.
- Lead the physical and digital execution of the product on site ensuring compliance with established quality safety and performance standards.
Requirements
3 years of project management experience.
- Experience in manufacturing deployment industrial engineering or technical project management
- Strong understanding of factory automation systems (PLCs SCADA) data integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in fast-paced hands-on environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; basic SQL or scripting knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Education: University degree in business engineering or a related field. Project management certifications are an advantage.

Location
Open to candidates based in São Paulo (Faria Lima). only.
Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to client sites across Latin America (e.g. Argentina Chile Brazil)
- Comfortable with 30% on-site/in-office work when not travelin
Contract Type and Work Modality
- Full-time permanent position
- Hybrid model: 30% in-office 70% travel across LATAM
Salary range: BRL
