As a locally owned franchise expanding to our second location in Algonquin were excited to bring on a passionate Office Manager to lead the operational excellence of our new clinic.
Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team you will:
- Lead with Inspiration: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by supervising a dedicated team of administrative and clinical staff.
- Champion Patient Care: Ensure patients receive outstanding care and service throughout their transformative journey with us.
- Manage Operations Efficiently: Oversee daily office activities including appointment scheduling patient registration and medical record management. Strong background in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives marketing partnerships and team performance optimization.
- Train and Support Staff: Enhance the skills and knowledge of your team through ongoing training and support. Strong background in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives marketing partnerships and team performance optimization.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to healthcare regulations upholding all policies and procedures.
- Oversee Financial Processes: Manage billing accounts receivable and other financial aspects of the clinic.
- Control Inventory: Monitor and manage clinic supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure Quality: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
- Provide Insights: Generate reports and analyze data to track clinic performance identifying areas for improvement.
- Boost Patient Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
- Convert Leads: Learn and apply sales skills to engage with potential patients converting leads into appointments and ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to consultation.
