Job Summary
Youll be responsible for processing and verifying invoices preparing payments reconciling vendor statements and maintaining accurate financial records. This role ensures timely and compliant payment of company expenses while supporting vendor relationships and internal accounting procedures.
Tasks
- Process invoices and vendor payments accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end closings and audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting.
- Degree in accounting Finance or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g. SAP)
