Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Medical-Surgical RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient-centered care to adults who are ill injured or recovering. This role requires clinical assessment skills independent management of treatments and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will be part of a supportive high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation.
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary care team.
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
Utilize time supplies and equipment effectively to provide high-quality care.
Educate patients and families on medications procedures and treatments providing support throughout their stay.

Required Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of Acute Care RN experience.
Current BLS certification required.
ACLS certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
BSN preferred.
Candidates with 3 years of RN experience and a compact license may be considered (FL RN license application still required).
Candidates with less than 3 years of RN experience must take the NCLEX in FL and obtain their FL RN license before consideration.
