Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70000 $100000 per year $15000 sign-on bonus
Schedule: Flexible includes weekend coverage with 25% weekend pay
Relocation: Assistance provided

Job Description:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide acute care and outpatient rehabilitation services. This role offers a supportive collaborative environment and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic treatments including exercises manual therapy modalities and patient education
Educate patients on exercise programs posture correction and injury prevention
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered care
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet rehabilitation goals
Document treatment plans progress notes and discharge summaries
Maintain a safe organized environment in accordance with safety and infection control guidelines

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Valid or eligible Physical Therapist license in New York
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
Ability to provide compassionate care for patients with orthopedic neurological and musculoskeletal conditions
Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and assist up to 150 pounds
