- Position: Physical Therapist
- Location: Bay Area Hospital Coos Bay Oregon
- Pay Rate: $41.00 - $63.00 per hour (union position rate based on experience non-negotiable)
- Relocation Assistance: Available
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $10000 for Full-Time
- $5000 for Part-Time
- 1/2 Sign-On for New Graduates
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations for patients.
- Establish individualized plans of care to meet identified goals.
- Provide physical therapy treatments.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify plans as needed.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Demonstrate effective leadership organizational and delegation skills.
- Educate patients families and co-workers as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and educate others.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care physical therapy experience (new graduates considered).
